Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we now accept insurance through our partner Headway.co. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, United, Healthcare, Oscar. If you are non-insured, we can also provide and invoice. Payment is due upon scheduling your visit with our system, via a link provided to you by email. Invoices are emailed out every 10th of the month to reflect the previous month's activities. Example: emailed invoice on the 10th of May would reflect all the activity for the previous month of April.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation requires 48h advance notice. Otherwise will be considered a no show and a $100 fee would be issued.

Carlos Barrios is a board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrist. He is licensed to practice telepsychiatry in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Illinois, South Carolina, and Washington State.
